A delicious blend of kale, arugula, spinach and green mustard! 28 days for tasty baby greens. This salad mix does great in our cold frames over winter, and our farms will often also seed an outdoor bed or two in the fall; growth will be very slow in the cold months, but tasty new leaves show up in early spring. Seed in rows and harvest with scissors 2-5cm from the ground to allow greens to grow back.
