Roma Tomatoes are perfect for the gourmet chef. It is the best known of the paste-types, featuring few seeds and a rich, meaty interior. This variety is commonly used for sauces and ketchup. Productive plants bear 85 g (3 oz.) pear-shaped fruit and boast disease resistance.
