Imperial Green is a very dark green bunching variety. Its smooth, Asian-leaf shape, paired with an upright plant habit makes it easy to harvest. A very heat tolerant green with more bolt resistance than other Asian spinach types.

Plant directly in the garden as soon as ground can be worked and danger of frost has passed. Repeat plantings every two weeks to extend the harvest season of fresh spinach. Best growth occurs in spring and fall, and be sure to do a second sowing in late summer for a fall crop.
