Grow seedlings in a sunny window or under lights. When nights reach 55F (13C), transplant outdoors into fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Fertilize monthly with a high nitrogen fertilizer. Let peppers size up fully & mature from green to rich golden yellow for best sweet flavor.
