Growing Instructions:
Sow beets outdoors in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. Firm soil over seed and keep evenly moist until they germinate. Do not let soil crust over before seed sprouts. Plant seed every two or three weeks for continuous harvest and keep the soil evenly moist for best growth and flavour. Sow seeds 13mm (1/2in) deep and 15cm (6in) apart in rows spaced 30cm (12in) apart.
