This reliable Italian variety is very disease resistant, hardy and prolific. These easy-to-grow plants can grow up to 75-90 cm (30-36″) tall producing bluish-green heads that measure 12.5 cm (5″) across. Once the head is harvested, the plant produces many side shoots.Â
