Growing Instructions:
Lettuce prefers cool weather and full sun. In early Spring, sow seed 3mm (1/8in) deep and 20cm (8in) apart in rows spaced 45cm (18in) apart. An even supply of moisture during the entire growth period is imperative for success. Once lettuce bolts, leaves become bitter.Â
